Any estimate, price range, description, or communication provided through the website, phone, email, text message, or form submission is preliminary unless confirmed in a written estimate, proposal, contract, work order, invoice, or change order issued by ALFE LLC.
Final pricing may depend on site conditions, code requirements, permitting, inspections, engineering, material availability, hidden conditions, access limitations, labor, equipment, customer selections, and other project-specific factors.
3. Project Scope
The scope of work for any project is controlled by the written estimate, proposal, contract, work order, invoice, and any approved change orders. Any work not specifically listed in writing is excluded unless agreed to in writing by ALFE LLC.
4. Permits, Inspections, and Code Requirements
Some projects may require permits, inspections, engineering, product approvals, surveys, HOA approvals, utility coordination, or other documentation. Permit and inspection requirements vary by jurisdiction and project type. ALFE LLC will follow applicable requirements when such services are included in the written scope.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information, access, approvals, selections, and documents needed to support the project.
5. Change Orders and Unforeseen Conditions
Changes to the original scope, hidden or unforeseen conditions, customer-requested modifications, inspection requirements outside the original scope, material substitutions, schedule changes, or additional work may require a written change order and additional cost.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to the work area, accurate project information, timely approvals, utility access when required, and a work area reasonably free of personal property or obstructions.
Unless expressly included in writing, the customer is responsible for owner selections, HOA approvals, design decisions, moving personal property, site access, utility coordination, and other owner-required items.
7. Exclusions and Limitations
Unless specifically included in a written agreement, ALFE LLC is not responsible for work outside the agreed scope, including but not limited to drywall, paint, tile, flooring, concrete, landscaping, cabinets, countertops, appliances, personal property, electrical work, plumbing work, HVAC work, roofing work, engineering, surveys, plans, design services, permit fees, utility fees, or government fees.
Specific exclusions may vary by project and will be controlled by the written agreement.
8. Payments, Deposits, and Scheduling
Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, final payments, finance charges, scheduling requirements, cancellation terms, and collection rights will be governed by the applicable written estimate, proposal, contract, invoice, or work order.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of work, delayed scheduling, collection activity, mechanic’s liens (where applicable), or other remedies allowed by law and contract. Customers are responsible for all collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs incurred in collecting unpaid balances.
9. Warranties
Any warranty offered by ALFE LLC must be stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties, product warranties, labor warranties, and exclusions may vary by product, material, system, and scope of work.
No warranty is provided for customer-supplied materials, existing conditions, work performed by others, misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or items outside the written scope.
10. Website Photos, Reviews, and Content
Photos, examples, testimonials, project descriptions, blog articles, service pages, and other website content are provided for informational and marketing purposes. They do not guarantee identical results, pricing, availability, or project outcomes.
11. Intellectual Property

12.1 Online Opt-In
By submitting forms and signing up for texts on our website, you consent to receive text messages from ALFE LLC at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer.
